**The Role
**As VP of Business Operations, you will own Golden Child's business execution, planning, and internal operating systems. Everything you do will be AI First, and you will take ownership of the management and execution of the Golden Childs’ AI First Operating System. You will work across the organization to turn data into decisions, decisions into priorities, and priorities into execution. You will report directly to the CEO.

• 7–10 years of experience across business operations, data analytics, strategic finance, or financial forecasting
• Deep expertise driving execution and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to materially improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making
• Experience building and scaling systems at high-growth organizations
• A systems thinker who can operate at both the strategic and executional level
• Passionate about scaling consumer businesses
