Learn more at and What You’ll Be Doing Help renters find apartments that match their rental preferences Work 180+ new leads per month (we provide the leads) Maintain your database of prospects (past, present and future) using our proprietary software Close leases and achieve quarterly sales quotas 100+ calls per day. Frequent follow up via phone, email and text message What You Get Guaranteed income including base pay + bonuses — no commission-only guesswork W2 employment — and we cover a large portion of your payroll taxes 180+ warm leads per month — every one of our leads is a renter already registered on our site Support: Our 20 person support staff handles everything including invoicing, collections, moves, rebates, tech support, IT, HR, advertising / marketing, and more. Everything you need to work: desk, computer, phone, and marketing materials provided Proprietary technology built in-house to help you manage thousands of clients with ease Personal agent website, automated referral program, and 70% commission split on self-generated business Realtor® designation is optional. Agents can become a Realtor or avoid the associated fees. Requirements Requirements to Apply Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license required (active or inactive) Proven sales experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hustle required: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week In-office attendance for a minimum of 6-months - Newly hired employees are considered Office Agents in Training for the first several months of employment. A key requirement of this position is the ability to work from our office located in Las Colinas, Irving, TX. Comfort with technology is a must. Our work is done on a computer, and you should be able to get yourself up and running without hand-holding — logging in, navigating browsers, managing passwords, and figuring things out as they come up. Preferred Qualifications Apartment Locating or on-site property management experience Inside Sales experience (sales via phone, email and text) Getting Started Your First 90 Days All new hires begin with a 90-day introductory period. Think of it as a trial run for both of us — a chance for you to get up to speed, and for us to make sure it's a mutual fit before we both commit long-term. During this time, all agents work fully in-office. This isn't a formality — it's how we set people up to succeed. You'll have direct access to your team, hands-on training, and the support you need to hit the ground running. After 90 Days If we move forward together and you're meeting your sales goals and productivity metrics, a hybrid schedule becomes available — with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. Full remote work is evaluated on a case-by-case basis after 6 months of employment. The base is guaranteed; not a draw or advance. Agents meeting expectations receive raises monthly for the first four (4) months and quarterly thereafter.
