If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you.For additional information regarding CACI’s outstanding benefits and career developing tools, please visit .Responsibilities:Coordinate and perform a full range of routine to complex financial activities within the assigned areaAnalyze financial information from various sources (bank accounts, billing statements, financial statements, SLAs, tax returns, etc.) to identify and resolve discrepanciesAssist in developing financial forecasts for Working Capital Fund productsPrepare related financial statements. Prepare complex tax returns and documentsAnalyze and test systems that interface with the accounting system to ensure data integrity Manage and monitor priorities and meet deadlinesReconcile General Ledger accountsCreate and present financial reports to senior managers, making recommendations when appropriateProvide technical accounting advice and guidance to managers on financial processes, workflowAssist in developing and implementing specific financial policies and proceduresMaintain systems of checks and balances to ensure financial integrityFunctions may be modified based on the designated office requirementsQualifications:Required:Bachelor's degreeMinimum of four(4) years of demonstrated accounting experience in financial management, accounting, auditing, and/or fiscal controlStrong knowledge of federal GAAP, FASAB, and FASB Considerable knowledge of Federal appropriation lawTS/SCI with Polygraph.Desired:Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field preferred, with at least 24 accounting credit hours including business law or auditingExperience with federal financial systems and databasesIn-depth understanding of federal accounting principles, standards, and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to research, compile, and evaluate financial dataProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointConsiderable knowledge of accounting software systems and their interfacesThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
