Green Acres, LLC is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, dependable support to individuals in need of care in Palmer, AK.

Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you will support clients with daily living needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. You will help maintain a positive, caring environment and ensure that each person’s needs are met with patience and respect.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Palmer, AK, ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, maintaining routine, and making a meaningful difference in someone’s day-to-day life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility support, as appropriate

• Support daily routines by helping with meals, hygiene, light housekeeping, and other assigned tasks

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate team member

• Provide companionship and encouragement, maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor

• Follow established care plans and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience providing care or support to others in a professional or personal setting

• Ability to reliably work a full-time onsite schedule in Palmer, AK

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully

• Commitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

• Basic understanding of safety practices and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, personal care assistance, or a related support role

• Experience working with individuals who have mobility limitations or require assistance with daily routines

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to changing client needs

• Familiarity with basic documentation practices for care tasks and observations

Compensation

Hourly rate: $21
