Maintenance Technician - Community Center

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available occasionally
Pay: 19

We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep and operations at a busy community center in Mesa, AZ. This role is responsible for general maintenance, basic repairs, and outdoor upkeep to ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and facility support
Complete work orders and routine repairs as assigned
Assist with groundskeeping/landscape upkeep (light landscaping, outdoor clean-up, etc.)
Support facility turns (room/event area set-up, break-down, and reset)
Use and maintain hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines

Qualifications

Prior maintenance, facilities, or general labor experience preferred
Comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor work
Ability to use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)
Strong attendance, reliability, and ability to work independently
Able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed

Work Environment

This is an active role requiring walking, lifting, and working both indoors and outdoors depending on daily needs.
