Accounts Payable Specialist

Position: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Manager Location: Birmingham, AL Employment Type: Full-Time Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting Operations Prior experience in a Manager or Lead-level AP/AR role Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, reconciliations, collections, and reporting Experience with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Ready Mix Concrete, construction materials, manufacturing, aggregates, or related industry strongly preferred Experience working with high-volume invoicing and vendor/customer accounts Background supporting operational or field-based businesses is a plus Full-time opportunity with long-term growth potential Collaborative team environment Opportunity to work closely with leadership and operations in a stable, growing business Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Ready Mix Concrete, construction materials, building products, aggregates, or similar industries are highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
