As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, providing exceptional care to nursing home patients through remote monitoring, chronic care management, and psychiatric collaborative care. Responsibilities
• Take vital signs and maintain accurate records
• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and billing
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
• 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a healthcare setting
• Skilled in taking vital signs
• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
Work Environment
• Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekend work
• High-volume setting, requiring strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Stable shift schedule, prioritizing work-life balance
