NorthBridge Child Development, located in Saint Paul, MN, is looking for a dedicated and caring Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll play a key role in fostering the growth and development of our youngest learners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Supporting toddlers in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom space.
- Observing and documenting each child’s progress to share with families and the team.
