We are seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to join a rapidly growing casual restaurant concept. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, creating an exceptional guest experience, and playing a key role in a high-energy restaurant environment. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive daily operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. What You’ll Do Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards. Lead from the floor, creating a welcoming and energetic environment for both guests and team members. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while building a strong culture of accountability and teamwork. Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, ordering, and cost controls. Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant execution. Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure a high level of hospitality. Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily administrative responsibilities. Help drive sales, profitability, and operational performance. Serve as the leader on duty and take ownership of the restaurant in the General Manager's absence. Support the continued growth of the company by helping develop strong teams and future leaders. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people. Ability to lead by example and thrive in a hands-on operating environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy restaurant. Positive, energetic approach with a strong sense of accountability. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
