Remote Recruitment places skilled South African talent with UK-based employers. This role is fully remote — you'll work from home as part of a UK sales team.

We're hiring an Inbound Sales Agent to handle warm enquiries from customers who already know the brand. You'll answer calls and messages, understand what people need, and guide them to the right product. Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and live chat enquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Convert warm leads into sales while keeping a helpful tone
• Log conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM
• Follow up with interested customers to close the sale

What you'll need includes:

• Experience in sales, call centre or customer-facing work
• Confident, clear spoken English
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• A reliable headset, laptop and stable internet
• A positive, target-friendly attitude
