Operations Manager

Operations ManagerIndividual will be responsible for overseeing the local office of Container Services. Will be responsible for meeting all contractual requirements.Assessing staffing needs and make recommendations to managers.Training and employee development.Communicating with the customer on issues concerning the customer contract.Manage service technicians/drivers and administrative staff. Effectively handle personnel issues as they arise.Supervise the completion of service orders.Oversee Safety.Development of good customer relations.Resolve customer service issues.Schedule service calls.Warranty communications with customers.Any other duties as necessary to meet customer demands or as directed by management.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
