Customer Service Representative

• Shift Available: Monday to Friday 09:00 Am to 04:30 Pm.

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and assist patients with prescription status, billing inquiries, and general account questions

· Schedule medication deliveries and process payment information to ensure timely shipment of prescriptions

· Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed patient records

· Verify insurance information and assist with refill requests and invoice inquiries

· Address patient questions and escalate clinical concerns to pharmacists or nurses when appropriate

· Route inquiries to the appropriate departments to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction

· Support additional customer service and administrative activities as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of experience in call center or customer services.

• High school diploma or GED

Pay Details: $20.40 per hour
