Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Oncology (Nights)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer and manage drip therapies including Heparin, PCA, and epidural infusions; administer chemotherapy if certified.
• Provide high-acuity nursing care to Med Surg and Oncology patient populations.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR.
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg and/or Oncology nursing experience required.
• Active Iowa RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS (AHA) certification required.
• NIHSS certification required (may be obtained during onboarding).
• Valid driver's license required; taxable home address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• High-acuity care experience preferred.
• Chemotherapy administration certification preferred.
