People Business Partner

• 3–5 years of HR / People Operations / HRBP experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines at once
• Workday experience is important — entering transactions, pulling reports, reviewing data
• Experience supporting HR processes such as:
  • Performance reviews
  • Compensation cycles
  • Talent reviews
  • Goal setting
  • Succession planning
  • Employee engagement initiatives
• Strong reporting, tracking and process coordination experience
• Comfortable creating status reports, communications, presentations, job aids and process documentation
• Strong Excel/data orientation would be helpful
• Must be willing to roll up their sleeves and execute, not just advise
