JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly organized Part-Time Marketing Coordinator  to support our marketing and sales efforts. This person will play an important role in building relationships, generating new business opportunities, coordinating appointments, and representing the company at networking and community events.

Key Responsibilities

·         Appointment Coordination

·         Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with prospective and existing clients.

·         Follow up with leads, contacts, and potential business partners.

·         Make phone calls and send emails to help generate new business opportunities.

·         Coordinate lunch-and-learns, client lunches, presentations, and other sales or networking events.

·         Maintain an organized calendar of sales appointments, networking events, and follow-ups.

·         Help identify potential prospects and referral opportunities.

·         Collect and organize contact information and business cards from prospects and networking contacts.

·         Enter and maintain leads and contacts in the company's CRM or database.

·         Attend networking events, conferences, trade shows, community events, and industry functions on behalf of the company.

·         Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

·         Meet new contacts and develop relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and community members.

·         Collect business cards and contact information from potential prospects.

·         Help coordinate company-sponsored events, client events, networking events, and promotional activities.

·         Assist with event logistics, registration, materials, setup, and follow-up.

·         Coordinate and help organize lunch-and-learns and other educational or promotional events.

·         Identify new networking opportunities that could benefit the company and sales team.

·         Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives.

·         Help create and distribute marketing materials and promotional information.

·         Assist with email marketing, social media, newsletters, and other marketing activities as needed.

·         Help maintain company marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

·         Support the sales team with presentations, marketing materials, and event preparation.

·         Help track marketing activities, leads, appointments, and results.

·         Assist with researching potential clients, businesses, organizations, and networking opportunities.

·         Follow up consistently with contacts to maintain relationships and create future opportunities.

·         Help create a strong and positive first impression of the company.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

This is a  part-time position , with a flexible schedule. Some daytime availability will be required for sales appointments, lunch-and-learns, networking, and client meetings. Some evening time will be required for networking events or company events.
