At Piedmont on Piedmont, we take a different approach to cooking. Our pasta is handmade, our dishes are prepared from scratch daily, and we cook without seed oils because we believe quality starts with the ingredients.
We're a family-run restaurant built by people who genuinely care—about the food we serve, the guests we welcome, and the team we work alongside every day. We believe a great workplace starts with great people, and we're proud of the supportive, hardworking culture we've created.
We're looking for someone who's curious, dependable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Whether you're building kitchen experience or looking for a place that truly values the art of cooking, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of something special.

We are a rare place in the hospitality world that is working at the intersection of purpose and profit. Doing good while doing well. Our goal is to please our Sunday school teacher and our economics teacher at the same time.
Pay is based on experience, availability, and demonstrated performance.
