Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Career Bartender role located in Opelika, AL. The Career Bartender will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, treating people with dignity and respect on the team, and delivering care to every customer. Our founder Ash Marsh's definition of hospitality is, "I thought of you before you got here!" That's what we want to deliver to each other and to our customers. Daily responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, managing customer orders, processing payments, handling cash accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of care and attention to detail. A love for the craft and the customers.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a focus on understanding cocktail preparation, menu offerings, and food pairings.
• Experienced Bartending skills, including the ability to create classic and innovative drinks, follow recipes, and ensure quality and consistency.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling, including managing transactions, maintaining accurate registers, and handling financial responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while exhibiting excellent organizational skills.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
