Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior AWS DevOps Engineer will design and automate AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient application deployments. Key responsibilities: Design, automate, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline Implement observability and monitoring solutions while troubleshooting performance and deployment issues Required qualifications: U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 6 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, cloud engineering, or DevOps Hands-on expertise with AWS core services and infrastructure-as-code tools Strong scripting or development experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages
