Litigation Associate - Transportation

Jones, Skelton & Hochuli (JSH) is the second largest law firm in Arizona. JSH is seeking an Associate with 4-5 years of experience to join our Transportation practice in our Arizona office. Prior experience in transportation litigation and/or insurance defense is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Qualifications: JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense Experience with discovery, disclosures, taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions, and court appearances Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills We offer a competitive salary, a transparent bonus structure and comprehensive benefits. Salary range is $120,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year, plus bonus. Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
