This facility provides inpatient neurosurgical services and maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support on-site coverage across day and night shifts. The institution is staffed with four APPs to facilitate coordinated patient care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted on-site to ensure continuity of neurosurgical care for patients across all age groups.

Michigan offers a range of outdoor and family-friendly attractions suited to varied interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore the car-free environment of Mackinac Island, the trails and natural landscapes of the Upper Peninsula, which support hiking, fishing, and winter sports such as snowmobiling, and the dining and museum scene in Grand Rapids. Families will find dedicated options throughout the state, including interactive museum exhibits, wildlife parks, and historic sites such as Fort Michilimackinac and Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park.

The clinician will provide inpatient neurosurgical coverage across day and night shifts on an on-site basis. Clinical responsibilities include managing neurosurgical inpatient cases across all age groups in accordance with established facility protocols. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Four APPs are available on staff to support clinical operations throughout all assigned coverage periods.
