Human Resources Generalist

Large Automotive Company located in the Livonia MI area is looking for a Human Resource Generalist for our corporate office
JOB DUTIES
Administer benefits programs such as vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance for hourly employees. Partners with leadership to proactively address and resolve routine and complex problems by applying policy knowledge and experience, facilitating problem solving, providing guidance and advice in a way that integrates with the Plant/business needs. Evaluates and recommends improvements to HR processes and procedures PO processing, data entry, reporting, recruiting administration (scheduling interviews and phone screens Payroll Administrator (ADP)REQUIRED
3 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist or related role Bachelor's degree or 5+ years working in a Corporate Human Resource environment will be considered in lieu of a degree PHR and/or SPHR preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Xecutive Recruitment Inc.Vacancy posted 9 hours ago
