Position Overview Provides expert direction, management, and assistance in analysis and resolution of complex and/or routine issues and requests related to learning management system administration. This position is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of resources used for instructional functions. It operates with a high degree of independence, autonomy, and good judgement, employing strong technical, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. The role develops sustainable, efficient, and effective processes to support customers within the parameters of the department service level agreements, markets department services, and provides world‑class customer service. This position works closely with and/or supports System Office/RHM business leaders, HR partners, managers, colleagues, and the vendor. Employment Details Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Remote Based: Exempt Position Travel: 10% required Essential Functions Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of Trinity Health in leadership, behaviors, practices, and decisions. Manages specialized Human Resource service delivery for the HR Service Center and serves as subject‑matter expert on Learning Management systems and other HR systems and tools. Maintains the Learning Management system administration including password resets, new user access issues, updating uncategorized job codes, running student import report results, and correcting as appropriate; manages mandatory training assignments annually and creates individual and group assignments as requested. Coordinates with stakeholders to map training for job families, ensures Learning solutions are appropriately assigned, and develops LMS policies, procedures, and governance. Conducts ongoing auditing of the learning management system to keep user and course records clean, driving down system costs. Liaises with external contacts to troubleshoot and solve system issues, continuously improving the design of the LMS and learning solutions. Assists in developing standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and efficiency of the system and department, and deploys quick‑thinking, adaptive problem‑solving techniques. Acts as team trainer for implementation of new processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring full documentation and updates in the Knowledge Base. Develops sustainable, efficient, and effective processes for the health ministries supported by the Department within guaranteed service level agreements. Participates in internal, regional, and national user group meetings to learn new enhancements/upgrades, maximize standardization, and share best practices. Works with Finance to maintain or decrease costs associated with the LMS and training solutions. Provides team analytics and metrics to the VP, HRSC and assembles relevant data in a management presentation format to update HR and RHM management. Utilizes case management technology to accurately log case issues and notes for assignments under stringent Legal Department requirements. Adheres to established regulations and ensures compliance for processes, procedures, plans, and systems. Maintains confidentiality of department and associate information according to established practice and NPPI guidelines. Maintains knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Corporate Integrity Program, Code of Ethics, and other policies and procedures to ensure ethical adherence. Minimum Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Learning Technology, Information Technology and/or Education and contact/service center operations, normally obtained through an Associate’s Degree and four (4) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role in a high‑volume workplace, or equivalent education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Systems, Human Resources or related field is preferred. Advanced proficiency in HRIS; must possess comprehensive knowledge of HRIS and HR processes. Familiarity with Workday is preferred. Knowledge of collaborative web technologies. Ability to track and respond to end‑user concerns and questions in a timely manner, mindful of time constraints and deadlines, with attentive detail orientation. Demonstrated decision‑making, excellent communication, listening, comprehension, human relations, interpersonal, analytic, problem‑solving, judgment, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision while organizing and prioritizing workload, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to represent the Department with higher‑level managers and various departments, functional areas and health ministries. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared‑leadership environment. Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote Trinity Health’s philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values. Physical & Mental Requirements and Working Conditions Must set and organize own work priorities, adapt to changing demands, and manage a variety of tasks/projects in a potentially stressful environment with diverse personalities and work styles. Must be able to travel to the various Trinity Health sites 10%, as needed. Must comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures. Frequent in‑person and telephone communication with people at all locations on product support issues; hearing needed. Operates in a typical office environment that is well lit, temperature controlled, and free from hazards; no confined spaces. Requires manual dexterity for keyboard use and ergonomic office work.
