Expanding practice seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to work in Findlay, Ohio!

Over 4, 000 patients served daily
One of only 45 members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, giving physicians access to Mayo Clinic specialist consults at no cost to patients
Freestanding ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and multiple procedure rooms currently running 4 6 rooms daily with growth potential
Broader system includes a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center and a 25-bed community hospital
Precision Surgery Program with four da Vinci Surgical Robots
Cerner/Oracle Health EMR, fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation

Compensation:

Base salary: $120, 000 $130, 000, based on experience (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10, 000 $20, 000+ annually
CME/board certification allowance: $3, 500 per year
Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2
Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
Stipend and productivity bonuses offered

Job/Practice Description: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Outpatient specialty practice, 40 hours/week
Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
Average volume: 25 patients per day
No hospital call light phone call only, 1: 3 rotation
Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of pediatrics experience
Current PNP certification
