We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our full service fine dining restaurant and bar. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a culture built on respect, accountability, and excellence.

What You'll Do
- Lead all daily restaurant operations with a hands-on, service-focused approach
- Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Create an engaging workplace culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain talent
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including leadership in a fine dining environment.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
