Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
Location: Ripon, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for full-time hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Assistant to provide full-time support with payroll processing and general administrative duties. This position is being filled due to an upcoming employee departure and will initially be a temporary assignment, with the potential to lead to a permanent, full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have previous payroll or administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to step into a busy office environment and quickly learn established processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing payroll accurately and on time
• Review employee timekeeping information for accuracy
• Enter and maintain payroll and employee information
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies related to timecards or payroll records
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation
• Perform data entry and update records as needed
• Assist with filing, scanning, document organization, and other general office tasks
• Respond to routine employee or internal questions related to payroll and administrative matters
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous payroll, administrative, office, or data entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and confidential information
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent full-time schedule
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
