Responsibilities The Assistant Team Leader helps maintain a clean, organized store, assists the Store Team Leader in creating a customer-first culture, supervises staff, manages merchandise presentation, and performs stocking and cashiering duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Duties Provide excellent customer service, operate cash register. Support a customer-first store environment. Assist in merchandising and store presentation. Help with staff scheduling, training, and safety meetings. Manage inventory, cash handling, and store security in absence of the Store Team Leader. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in retail and supervisory roles preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Fast-paced environment with moderate noise.
