Step into a leadership career with Guardian Industries and come see what we have to offer!What You Will DoProvide leadership and direction for the safety of employees and visitorsLead, track, and improve performance on key goals and objectives to create the greatest valueEvaluate processes to create efficiencies and reduce wasteEncourage and develop employees to improve their individual and organizational performance while practicing a principled entrepreneurship approachConduct annual performance reviews for direct reports and ensuring the application of the individual performance development cycleLead performance management and corrective action processes for employeesContinuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques that create ongoing business transformationMaintain the plant’s union-free status through the use of positive employee relations and developmentCollaborate with other departments (e.g. Sales, Scheduling, Warehouse, Shipping, etc.), to optimize production requirementsWork with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer expectationsApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Must be able work rotating 12 hour shifts from 5pm – 5am. Shifts rotate every 2 weeks.Proficient at MS Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWhat Will Put You AheadBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or a related field.A minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse/distribution environmentExperience maintaining accurate employee documentation and filesFor this role, we anticipate paying $75,000k - $90,000k per year.
