Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner role is a critical part of the US HR team, whose primary responsibility is leading and directing various functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including: interviewing and hiring staff, assisting with compensation, benefits, and leave administration, leading training and other employee development duties, enforcing company policies and practices, and partnering with business leaders to help define and execute on HR deliverables. The role is mix of strategic and tactical work. There will, however, be opportunities to work on project-based initiatives that are broader in scope and scale, potentially even global in nature. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years Human Resources experience Successful history of partnering with senior leadership on assigned HR deliverables Track record of being able to execute on assigned goals Experience with Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Experience with managing projects and deadlines Experience collecting, synthesizing, and summarizing relevant sets of data Compensation: $105,000/yr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
