Validation Specialist

Job TitlePerform instrument installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades at customer sites. Execute and document equipment qualifications including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and operational instrument issues. Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite customer visits. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, quality, sales, and customer success. Document service activities, maintenance records, and customer interactions. Support implementation of quality system requirements and report quality-related issues. Train customers on instrument operation and best practices. Minimum 3 years of equipment support and validation 5-6+ years of supporting equipment validation experience. Experience supporting scientific instrumentation. Experience performing IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities. Experience with Biolayer Interferometry (BLI) or Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) platforms. Familiarity with GMP, GLP, or regulated laboratory environments. Basic wet-lab laboratory skills.Intermediate LevelThis is a Permanent position based out of Woburn, MA.The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
