Compensation Manager

Job Description

One of our best clients is in search of a strategic and experienced Compensation Manager to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that support business goals and attract top talent. This role is ideal for a compensation professional with 5+ years of experience in a compensation-specific role, including hands-on experience designing compensation programs that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, design, and enhancement of compensation programs, policies, and salary structures.
Evaluate market trends and compensation data to ensure pay programs remain competitive and aligned with business needs.
Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation strategy, job evaluations, pay decisions, and internal equity.
Manage annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary review cycles.
Conduct compensation analyses and modeling to support workforce planning, organizational changes, and special projects.
Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable regulations and support sound governance practices.
Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, reporting, and program effectiveness through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a compensation-specific role .
Demonstrated experience designing compensation programs and supporting compensation strategy.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, and pay practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR and business leadership.
