Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Deal Clerk / Deal Processor / Sales Accounting Admin to join our award-winning team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $25-30/hr

Responsibilities

• Audit Deal Papers: Review vehicle sales packets for accurate pricing, required signatures, and proper documentation (IDs, insurance, trade-in titles)

• Accounting Entry: Post sales and revenue into the Dealership Management System (DMS) and reconcile gross profits.

• Title & Registration Coordination: Verify vehicle title paperwork, trade-in payoffs, and state registration requirements.

• Compliance & Recordkeeping: Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., Red Flags Rule, Privacy Act, OFAC) and maintain accurate transaction files.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers, and the Billing/Accounting team to resolve paperwork discrepancies or missing items immediately.

• CVR / Registry Backup: Serve as backup for CVR processing, issuing temp plates and submitting RMV applications as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience processing deals in new car dealership

• Proficiency with automotive DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion) and MS Office / Google Workspace

• Understanding of auto financing, vehicle titling, and state DMV procedures

• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, time management, and strong communication

• High school diploma required; Associate degree in Business or Accounting preferred
