With a commitment to efficiency and safety, Quantum Design and Safety serves as a one‑stop shop for design, engineering, inspections, and safety planning needs. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Lead Project Manager. The Lead Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with regulatory agencies such as the DOB and DOT. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, supervising project teams, ensuring timely permit and document approvals, and resolving project‑related issues efficiently. Qualifications Project Management expertise, including project planning, monitoring, and delivery Knowledge in safety protocols such as Site Safety Planning, Job Hazard Analysis, and Safety Inspections Experience with regulatory processes, including permitting, DOB, DOT, and other local agency requirements Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills with the ability to direct interdisciplinary teams Proficiency in technical disciplines like structural design, task analysis, and related compliance documentation Problem‑solving abilities and a client‑focused approach to ensure project success Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Relevant certifications in project management or safety (e.g., PMP, OSHA certifications) are an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
