Behavioral Health Clinician (Bachelors)

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona with residential, outpatient, inpatient, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is part of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians, Registered Nurses, and Behavioral Health Medical Providers to ensure a safe environment and delivery of high‑quality care. The BHC completes behavioral health assessments, creates service plans, documents services, and coordinates discharges and family/caregiver communication. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized service plans for all admitted clients. Document assessments, interventions, and discharge planning in the electronic health record. Collaborate with PCT, RN, BHMP, and PCTs to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Coordinate care transitions and provide communication with family or significant others. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field; Master’s preferred. Licensed at the associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor is preferred. 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care experience exposing the candidate to behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred.
