Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing truck manifests based on the delivery. Must improve day‑to‑day transportation expense by manifesting the correct mix of product on each route. Must provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction and production efficiencies by meeting required deadlines and ensuring orders ship as planned. Location Corporate – Boston Heights Essential Duties & Responsibilities Research orders in Storis. Update route tracker as work is completed. Participate in the weekly team meeting. Promptly respond to email inquiries. Process routes daily. Follow SOPs to determine order eligibility for shipping. Submission of 215s and acknowledgements to hubs, validate truck manifests. Complete Salesforce cases and assist with escalations. Communicate with stores and warehouse partners when impactful changes are made to routes or orders. Adapts to change quickly and easily and performs effectively during times of change; demonstrates the ability to multi‑task and manages competing priorities effectively. Demonstrate results in improving business performance through teamwork and communication. Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. Possess very strong organizational and prioritizing skills. Builds respectful and effective working relationships; collaborates with others to achieve common goals. Strives to meet or exceed the expectations of internal and external customer standards. Demonstrates initiative by acting as a self‑starter; focusing on having a high level of urgency which takes on increased responsibility to enhance one’s contribution. Displays a high degree of integrity, honesty and takes responsibility for one’s own actions; shows consistency between words and actions. Requirements Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred. Years of experience: 1+ year experience with data entry/order processing. Valid Driver’s license preferred. Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs, excel. Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
