Senior Program Manager

Senior Program Manager Working independently, manages all aspects of a program from inception through final delivery of product; resolves problems, escalates as necessary, and makes recommendations and occasional decisions regarding pricing, schedules, commit dates, etc. Program management also emphasizes coordinating and prioritizing resources, managing links between the program and the overall costs and risks of the program. Develops project plans, project schedules, detailed project management plans, budgets, billing, and change control. Builds productive internal and external working relationships. Responsible for all program aspects and ensures program‑related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, and business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s). Also responsible for business development. Develops and maintains business relationships with customers and cultivates relationships that establish SCI’s consultative approach and promote its total solution capabilities within customers’ and potential customers’ organizations. Understands Sanmina and SCI Technology, Inc. offerings for vertical integration and directs customers appropriately toward additional or alternative Sanmina‑SCI products or services. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education And Experience Candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 5 years program/project management experience. Strong program management experience. The ideal candidate will have a “hands‑on” program management experience with highly technical, detailed programs requiring stringent reporting requirements. Strong business acumen developed through a combination of education and experience. Demonstrated relationship‑building skills and comfort interacting with professionals at all organizational levels. Solid negotiation skills required for interaction with both customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to be persuasive while providing a win‑win flavor to all dealings.
