DoverStaffing is currently seeking test proctors for a one-day testing event in Atlanta, GA.

Work Date: Sunday, June 7, 2026

Time: 9:45 am - 4:30 pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:

The test proctor position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:

• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Assist with test setup and shut down.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing.
• Launch exams and seat test takers.

Business Professional Attire Required:

• White dress shirt/blouse, black jacket and pants - preferably a pants suit. Only candidates who can meet the dress requirements will be considered.
• Comfortable shoes (black comfortable shoes, no tennis shoes or sandals.)

Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred, associate degree or higher education.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Prior experience as a test proctor or experience in a teaching and testing environment is a plus and highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing site. Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance.

• Excellent customer service skills and high degree of professionalism.
• Must be able to work in a cohesive and highly adaptable team.
