Pay Rate: $21.72 - $23.09/hour

Schedule: Overnight Shift | 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector II to perform inspections on circuit boards, electronic assemblies, and finished products throughout the production process. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through visual, dimensional, and functional inspections while maintaining accurate documentation and traceability records.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished products for quality and compliance.

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using precision measuring tools and test equipment.

• Verify machine setups and product labeling requirements.

• Identify, document, and contain nonconforming materials.

• Review production and quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Conduct audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

• Determine causes of defects and communicate findings to production teams.

• Approve acceptable products and act as a final quality checkpoint before shipment.

• Train team members on quality procedures and standards as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or metrology experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects on small components.

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and quality documents.

• Comfortable using computers and Windows-based software.

• Basic math skills, including percentages, ratios, fractions, and decimals.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay Details: $21.72 to $23.09 per hour
