We are committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. Job Summary As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of one store. Your role includes hiring, managing, and directing associates; achieving financial targets; and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead store operations, including hiring, training, and supervising associates. Achieve financial goals and maintain store performance metrics. Deliver outstanding customer service and meet guest expectations. Manage inventory, safety, and regulatory compliance. Provide on‑the‑job coaching and performance feedback to staff. Participate in payroll, scheduling, and W‑2 preparation. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work within a 50‑mile radius of store location. Serve Safe certification (Food Safety). Prior management experience in a similar retail or food‑service environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and reach 36 inches at countertop height. Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Free meals while working at Panda.
