Are you passionate about food, nutrition, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service? Rome Health is looking for a Dietary Supervisor to oversee and inspire our dietary department, ensuring our patients, staff, and visitors enjoy healthy, safe, and delicious meals every day.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support our dietary staff in daily operations, including food production, cafeteria service, tray line, dishwashing, and food receiving.
Ensure smooth workflow, quality standards, and compliance with state, local, and organizational policies.
Actively supervise, train, and motivate dietary employees, creating a positive, collaborative team environment.
Provide input on departmental policies and procedures to continually improve our food and nutrition services.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required; coursework in food and nutrition or a two-year degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience in food service management and leadership is highly valued.
Food safety and sanitation certification preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
