Amada Senior Care is rapidly growing in the Union County / Charlotte metro area and we're looking for dedicated Caregivers to join our team.

At Amada Senior Care, we provide non-medical in-home care services focused on quality, continuity, and safety. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do — supporting clients with daily living activities while building meaningful relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and skin care
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and range of motion exercises
• Take and record vital signs, measure intake/output, and maintain a safe, orderly environment
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or outings as needed
• Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of our Director of Nursing / Registered Nurse
• Practice infection control, Universal Precautions, and emergency response protocols
• Uphold clients' rights to privacy, dignity, and choice at all times

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of documented caregiving experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Compassionate, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Must pass background check and drug screening
