We’re seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) for three full-time, onsite contract roles serving elementary, middle, and high school caseloads. What We’re Looking For:

• Current SLP licensure and ASHA CCC required
• Previous experience in school-based settings is essential
• Ability to obtain and maintain all Pennsylvania clearances
• Demonstrated experience working in urban schools
• Reliable transportation for punctual onsite attendance
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite; remote options are not available
• Flexible to work within the hours of 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM (no schedule accommodations)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned caseloads: elementary, middle (6th–8th), or high school
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and routinely document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required
• Adapt interventions to address a range of student abilities and backgrounds
• Maintain compliance with state, district, and federal guidelines for school-based SLPs
