We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations. A day as our Server: Serving our VIP guests our renowned food and beverage offerings. Delivering the DO & CO personal service to our VIP guests. Working in a busy, fast-paced environment where quality comes first. Be part of a team ensuring the best food and experience is delivered to our guests. Support your Lead Server and Restaurant Manager to ensure the best level of service is provided. Be involved in everything, from setting up the restaurants at the start of the week to breaking down on Sunday, once the last race is over. What’s essential for us?
