The incumbent will be responsible for handling rental transactions, ensuring the safety of guests, providing instructional materials and providing information about the marina and local area./ppstrongEssential Functions Duties/strong/pulliGreet guests and assist with rental transactions, including processing payments and completing rental agreements;/liliAssist with administrative tasks assigned daily;/liliProvide safety instructions and guidelines to guests before they depart on their trips;/liliConduct safety checks on vessels with dock staff before and after each use;/liliAnswer questions and provide information about the marina, local area, and attractions to guests;/liliMaintain accurate rental records and ensure all rental equipment is returned in a timely manner;/liliEffectively respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner;/liliAssist with general marina operations, including cleaning of equipment and general housekeeping of facility;/liliPromote and sell additional marina services;/liliPossess the ability to react productively to other duties as reasonably assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pExcellent customer service and positive demeanor required. Basic computer skills, ability to be trained in reservation and payment software. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
