SENIOR LEGAL ANALYST

Job Summary Under the direction of a Senior Assistant Attorney General, the Senior Legal Analyst performs a wide range of duties related to the investigation and prosecution of advanced technology crime cases. Responsibilities include securing, analyzing, and organizing documentary evidence; locating witnesses and corporate information using research tools; contacting victims, witnesses, and law enforcement agencies to obtain records; managing discovery; filing complaints; preparing trial exhibits and jury instructions; subpoenaing witnesses; scheduling testimony; providing litigation support; conducting legal research; drafting charging documents, pleadings, certificates, declarations, and subpoenas. Travel is required. Salary: $6,330.00 - $7,929.00 per month. Minimum Requirements Senior Legal Analyst Legal Analyst Legal Assistant Desirable Qualifications Knowledge of federal and state court procedures, records, and organization; legal research and writing skills; oral communication; ability to build rapport with courts and staff; strong organization; ability to work under time and workload pressures; initiative and creativity in designing new programs and methods of organization; familiarity with audio and video recording formats; knowledge or ability to learn computer skills and advanced technology for legal workload management, data handling, and courtroom presentation.
