Senior Healthcare RecruiterFully Remote • McKinney, TX 75070Position SummaryPosition Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Human Resources FLSA: Exempt Position Summary: As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will be integral to building our workforce by identifying and securing top healthcare talent nationwide. You will collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with company objectives. Your expertise in candidate relationship management and seasoned approach to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition will drive results.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure HR compliance with employment law and manage employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment paperwork. Maintain and update HR documents and internal databases. Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions across the US. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with operational partners. Build and sustain candidate relationships through technology, cold/warm leads, and referrals. Provide guidance to hiring managers and coordinate interviews. Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain their interest. Collaborate with hiring managers for candidate selection and oversee the offer process. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and build a pipeline of potential candidates. Ensure accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify recruitment process improvements. Utilize creative recruiting methods, including social media, career fairs, and campus visits. Coordinate recruiting job fairs and attend relevant conferences.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation Licenses/Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Experience: Extensive experience with an ATS; Dayforce experience a plus. Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or a corporate environment. Preferred experience in the healthcare industry. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Reliable, organized, and task-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to coach and encourage others, with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Self-motivated problem-solver with a professional demeanor. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Working Conditions: Generally, work in a remote office environment. Potential for up to 30% travel to industry events and client sites. Frequent and prolonged periods of computer and office equipment usage. Ability to manage stress and maintain productivity under tight deadlines and changing priorities. Regular interaction with team members, clients, and other stakeholders through various communication channels. Physical Demands: Ability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods. Occasionally required to move short to moderate distances. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
