Senior Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts, focusing on a high impact line of business within the organization. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, driving recruitment strategies that attract and secure top talent. The ideal candidate brings deep corporate recruiting expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to source, engage, and hire high-caliber professionals in a fast-paced, complex environment. This role requires strong business acumen, consultative partnership skills, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes through data-driven recruiting strategies. Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer negotiation and acceptance. Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Create compelling job descriptions and recruiting plans to support hiring objectives. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines, professional networks, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations on recruiting strategies. Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Consult with senior leaders on talent acquisition best practices, compensation alignment, and market trends. Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to provide hiring updates, pipeline health assessments, and forecast hiring outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, Compensation, and business leadership to drive hiring success. Promote diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices throughout the recruiting process. Deliver an outstanding end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring teams. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or blended recruiting experience. Minimum 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple job families and business functions. Demonstrated experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and business leaders simultaneously. Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for professional and leadership-level positions. Strong stakeholder management, client consulting, and relationship-building skills. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies such as Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: 15+ years of corporate recruiting experience supporting large, complex organizations. Experience recruiting for Fortune 500 or Fortune 100 organizations. Demonstrated success recruiting for senior-level, executive, and highly specialized professional roles. Experience advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategy. Professional Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification. Strong background in recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and talent market intelligence. Experience recruiting across multiple functions including corporate, business, operations, product management, technology, and professional services roles. Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and drive recruiting outcomes at scale.
