SBG Atlanta is hiring a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to deliver high-quality instruction in a professional, team-oriented academy. This role is ideal for an experienced coach who values technical excellence, safety, and a positive training culture.
Compensation:$30 - $50 hourly
Responsibilities:Lead Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults and children (beginner to advanced levels)
Teach technique, drilling, positional sparring, and live rolling
Follow the SBG Atlanta curriculum and coaching standards
Provide individual feedback and student progression support
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive training environment
Assist with competition preparation as needed
Required Qualifications
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt preferred (Brown Belt with strong coaching experience considered)
Previous experience coaching group classes
Strong communication and instructional skills
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
Competition experience
Experience teaching fundamentals or structured curricula
