HR Generalist

HR GENERALIST – LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL The HR Generalist supports all aspects of human resources while partnering with hotel leadership to maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce and exceptional luxury service culture. HR Generalist Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices. Support payroll, benefits, HRIS, leave administration, and employee records. Partner with department leaders on staffing, retention, training, and development. Monitor HR metrics and address employee and operational needs. Promote a positive, professional culture aligned with luxury hospitality standards. HR Generalist Qualifications 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in luxury hospitality. Strong employee-relations, recruiting, and compliance experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Hands-on, approachable, and service-oriented leadership style. Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems. Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
