Responsibilities: * Call Management: Handle high-volume intake calls, prioritize, and dispatch using CAD systems * Resource Coordination: Determine the appropriate level of care and coordinate transport activities with field EMTs * Customer Service: Provide courteous, friendly service to medical facilities, the public, and fellow EMS staff * Trip Assignment: Assign trips to the appropriate resources based on needs and availability * Billing Support: Collect patient billing information and assist with pre-billing activities. * Other tasks as assigned Requirements: * High School Diploma / GED * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Preferred Qualifications: * 1-2 years of transportation dispatch experience (EMS dispatch preferred) * Emergency Medical Technician - EMT experience * Strong geographical knowledge of service areas * Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations * Proficiency in typing (40-45 WPM) and data entry experience * Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
