Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a leading firm, where you will be responsible for managing a variety of construction projects from start to finish. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing projects that range from small renovations to multi-million dollar constructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction management, budgeting, contract management, cost control, negotiation, team leadership, and construction estimating. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress on a daily basis. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Lead and manage the project team to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field. Proven experience in construction project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Excellent knowledge of construction contract management and familiarity with construction and project management software programs. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in construction estimating and budgeting. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Strong computer skills and understanding of construction software are a must.
